Art Entry Eligibility:
• Open to all subject matter and mediums started in plein air and not conceptualized in the studio.
• Entries must not violate copyright laws.
• Entries must be original and executed within the last 2 years w/o instructor supervision.
• Maximum unframed size 16” x 20”
• Minimum unframed size, 8” x 10”
• All work must be ready to exhibit

Nature of entries:
• Digital images submitted online
• Submit 3 images of professional quality
• Identify each image with a title, size, price

Include the following in your envelope:
• Receipt Copy of Onlinejurying Service Entry
• Entry fee check for $40.00
• Completed entry form

Sales:
• Work must be FOR SALE and priced with intent to sell.
• 60% to the artist.
• 40% commission going to LPAPA

Fees for Shipped Work:
• Artist is responsible for shipping charges of work to and from exhibit.

• Although the utmost care will be taken in handling artwork, neither LPAPA or its representatives will
be responsible for damage or loss from any cause

NOTE: It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale.

Awards:
• First and second place awards will be invited to participate in this year’s 11th Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational.

Important Dates:
7/30 Deadline, all mailed submissions must be postmarked no later then July 30, 2009.
8/3 Notifications mailed out.
8/5 Drop off art to Telonic Berkley Bldg 10 am – 4pm
8/5 Deadline for all shipped artwork
8/8 Opening reception 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
8/22 Last day of exhibit.
8/24 Pick up art 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
