PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS SHOW, ALL ARTISTS JURIED INTO THE SHOW ARE EXPECTED TO:

1. DROP OFF & PICK UP THEIR WORK at the scheduled times listed below – no exceptions.
2. ATTEND THE OPENING PRESENTATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
All artists local to Pasadena and the greater L.A. area. Artists in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley highly encouraged to enter. You do not need to be a member of any group to enter the show.

• All work must be for sale.
• No substitutions may be made once work is juried into the show. Due to the amount of entries, if the work is no longer available, another artist will be selected.
• All work must be available and “ready for hanging” (with appropriate hardware) at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of the exhibit.
• We recommend work submitted should be considered for general viewing audiences of all ages.

SUBJECT MATTER
Figurative, Landscape, Abstraction. Quality will dictate artwork selected.

COMMISSION
50% Artist + 50% Gallery.

First Place: El Portal Gift Certificate for 2 dinners for 2 ($100), 6 Laemmle Theatre Tickets ($72), Blick Art Gift Bag ($50),
Second Place: 4 Laemmle Theatre Tickets ($48), Blick Art Gift Bag ($50)
Third Place: 2 Laemmle Theatre Tickets ($24), Blick Art Gift Bag ($50)

ENTRY FEE
Please pay by credit card or PayPal through www.onlinejuriedshows.com upon checkout.  The fee is $35 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry for up to a total of three (3) entries.

Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

ENTRY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

ACCEPTANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Fee for entry is being collected by the producer of the show: Lynn Chang Enterprises.

NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications will be sent to artists via email on or about June 11, 2019.

There is no entry fee to enjoy the show. Open to all artists, artist’s families and friends and the general public. Please be respectful to movie patrons in line.
