2018 “Winter Scenes” Show
We are proud to announce our next art competition and show at
Lisa McKnett Gallery in the Laguna Hills Mall.
Sign up for the show before December 22nd.
Juried-in artwork will be displayed in the gallery from Saturday,
January 12th, 2019, till Sunday, March 17th, 2019.

Subject
“Winter Scenes” – small (maximum 20" on longer side) paintings or drawings of winter landscapes, city views, etc. or anything related to holiday season (from Thanksgivings to the New Year).
Awards
Awards will be determined based on participation.
Juried-in artwork will be displayed in the gallery and also advertised on gallery website for the duration of the show. Gallery member artists’ names will be listed on the gallery website until their membership expires (you may however request that we do not list your name).
Fees
One year gallery membership is $35 (waived if you are already a member). Once you are a member you will be allowed to enter up to five paintings to any show organized by the gallery for only $30 for the first painting and $5 for each additional painting.
Timeline
· Until December 22nd – sign up for the show and submit photos of your artwork.
· December 24th to December 27th – acceptance notifications will be emailed to the contestants.
· December 28th to January 11th – deliver your juried-in · paintings to the gallery (instructions below).
· January 12th to March 17th – your works will be displayed in the gallery.
· March 18th to March 30th – unsold artwork will be returned to the artists.
How to submit
Please make payments and upload photos of your artwork to Online Juried Shows web site at: https://onlinejuriedshows.com/.
Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. List sizes up to the nearest inch. Submitted images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the artwork. Be sure your images are right-side-up.
Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB (the upload may fail if the image file is too big), but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Images should be in JPEG format.

The last day for submission is December 22th 2018.
Requirements
We accept oil, watercolor, pastel or acrylic, mixed media, color pencils and giclée prints. The paintings and prints should be securely framed and have a hanging wire. No glass. We will accept pictures not smaller than 6" on the short side, and not bigger than 20" on the large side. Frame size should not exceed 28" on the large side.
Your work must be original – no copies of other artists (dead or alive) works.
You must guarantee that your artwork does not violate any copyright laws.
We also require that all entered artwork is available for sale.
Juried-in notification
You will be notified by email which of the paintings you submitted were juried into the show. Your email will be registered with us when you create your account on the Online Juried Shows web site.
Please add Services@OnlineJuriedShows.com, Info@OnlineJuriedShows.com and lisa@lisamcknettgallery.com to your safe senders list to ensure notifications are received.
How to deliver juried-in paintings
A. Deliver in person.
The gallery is located in the mall at: 24155 Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

Please request signature on delivery so your shipment can be traced and will not be lost.
All paintings must be accompanied by title, price, artist’s name, contact information (phone or email), and return address written on or permanently attached to the back of the painting.
Please deliver your juried-in artwork between December 28th and January 11th (included).
For your convenience we will still accept your artwork even if it comes a few days late.
Artist’s Personal Info
Accepted artists will be featured on gallery website. For that we need your short biographical information with a photograph or a self-portrait, and link to your professional website (if you have any). You will have to email your bio to us if you do not have a website or if your website does not include it.
Gallery show
The exhibition and sale of juried-in works at our gallery will last till February 13th, 2019. All unsold paintings must be picked up by the artists or mailed to them by February 28th. Please note that the artists will have to cover the cost of returning their paintings by mail.
Sales
If the sold painting has to be mailed to the buyer then the buyer will be charged the shipping cost.
Our gallery will take 30% commission of all sales.
