Artists from AK, WA, OR, ID, MT and BC, working in all media are invited to submit to this juried show intended to *“Convey a celebration of living and creating in the Pacific Northwest.”* This is the 20th Anniversary of a show dedicated to giving artists working in all media the opportunity to share your unique vision and experience of life in the Pacific Northwest.

Juror
David Sessions
David Sessions is the longtime Exhibit Curator at The Art Project, formerly known as Bainbridge Arts & Crafts, on Bainbridge Island, WA. He holds degrees in Architecture and Painting from the University of Washington and has a long career designing both retail and exhibit spaces throughout the country. Currently, he is designing a new art Gallery in Sun Valley, Idaho. David is a recognized exhibit juror throughout the region and works closely, advising artists, many of whom are represented at The Art Project.

Entries
· All entries will be judged from digital images. Awards will be judged from original work.
· A maximum of 5 entries may be submitted for Jurying.
· 3-D artists may submit up to 3 images per entry
Entry Fees
A non-refundable entry fee is required for a maximum of three entries per artist. Entry deadline, June 21 (midnight). $25.00 for first entry $5 for each additional entry.

Eligibility
· Artists must be 16 years of age or older and a resident of WA, OR, ID, MT, AK or British Columbia.
· Entries may be original, entirely the work of the entrant, and executed within the last three years, and without the supervision of an instructor.
· Entries must not be copied, derivatives or based on other copyrighted or published paintings or photographs.
Conditions
- Work in 2- and 3-dimensions, including jewelry and photography is eligible. Sculpture may not exceed 80” x 40” x40”. 2-D work may not exceed 80” height x 46” width including frame.
- Unless artist unless, no work my exceed 50 pounds in weight.
- All work must be sturdily framed and ready to hang, including wire. Shipped painting must not use glass but may use Plexiglas. Hand delivered work may use glass.
- Artists may not substitute another work for an accepted work, alter the work, or the sales price, or withdraw the work after it has been accepted.
- Northwind Arts Center reserves the right to refuse any work that does not meet the entry media, size, or framing criteria.
Accepted Works
· Artwork can either be hand delivered or shipped. Instructions will be e-mailed in the notification.
· Shipped artwork should arrive between July 24 – 26 and include a pre-paid return shipping label.
Sales
Should your work(s) sell, Northwind Arts Center will pay you a wholesale price equal to 60% of the retail-selling price. Northwind Arts Center will pay Washington State sales tax.
Photography
Northwind Arts Center reserves the right to reproduce artwork online or in a catalog of the exhibition for purposes of publicity and or education related to the exhibition.
Liability
The Artist is encouraged to self-insure her/his Artworks, however NAC is insured for catastrophic damage to, theft or loss of the Artworks, while the Artworks are exhibited or stored in the Arts Center. Any claims on lost or damaged Artworks must be based solely on their published retail-selling price as provided in the Inventory Sheet. NAC is a locked facility when not staffed, and all reasonable precautions are taken during open hours, and while the galleries are closed.
Agreement
Submission of images and, if accepted, the artwork, shall constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to comply with the conditions set forth in this prospectus including the following;
· No work accepted for this exhibition may be withdrawn prior to the close of the exhibition
· Permission to reproduce the artwork in a catalog of the exhibition, online and for publicity and educational purposes is granted.
