PROSPECTUS
“Call for Signature Members”

Submission Dates:  June 5, 2017 – July 5, 2017
Entry Deadline:  July 5, 2017

LPAPA Signature Membership:
Signature Members are professional artists established in their careers and have been recognized for their ability and experience in the technique of painting on location.  Signature Members are recognized members in the art community for their superior work.

•    Signature Members become eligible to submit work for review for inclusion in the prestigious LPAPA Signature Show.

•    Each Signature Member is required to take part in LPAPA’s Mentor/Paint-Out Program by donating their time to LPAPA's education programs by leading a Mentor/Paint-Out or providing video tutorials (with LPAPA mentioned in video).

•    Signature Members are eligible for Signature Member of the Month website recognition.

•    Signature Members are eligible for expanded profile on LPAPA website.

•    LPAPA dues payable upon acceptance as a Signature Member.
      Prorata amount of $40 for current 2017 Artist Members.
      Prorata amount of $85 for new members.

Jim McVicker – LPAPA Signature Member

Eligibility:
Participants must be plein air artists.

Nature of entries and participation rules:
•    Submit JPEG images for review via www.OnlineJuriedShows.com no later than July 5, 2017 Acceptance results are anticipated to be emailed to artists by July 17, 2017.
•    Artists must submit eight (8) digital images of their original plein air paintings and two (2) digital images of their studio work. Be sure to identify which are plein air and which are studio in the TITLE of each piece (NOT THE JPEG NAME).  For example, type the title of the piece - Plein Air OR Studio.
•    Submit Biography, curriculum vitae.  After entering your images and paying the entry fees, go back to OnlineJuriedShows.com and log in using your email address and password.  Right above where you just logged in, click "Your Artist Profile."  You are now in YOUR account.  Click "PERSONAL INFO" and scroll down to the BIO UPLOAD section and follow the directions to upload your biography, curriculum vitae.  (While you are in your Personal Info, please make sure your name, address, and phone number are up-to-date.)
•    Entries must not violate copyright laws.

Entering Your Images:
•    Entry form must be filled out in its entirety.  List sizes up to the nearest inch.  Submitted images must not include matting or frame.  Crop the photos to include only the artwork.  Be sure your images are right-side-up.
•    Before uploading your images, make sure they are smaller than 4MB, but at least 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi.  Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space.  Help in photographing your work and properly sizing your images can be found at:  www.OnlineJuriedShows.com/help.aspx.  If you need help entering your images or are unable to, please write to us here:  https://onlinejuriedshows.com/Contact.aspx
•    Please add Services@OnlineJuriedShows.com and Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com to your safe senders list to ensure notifications are received.

Fees:
LPAPA Members Non-Refundable Entry Fee:  $45.00
Non-members Non-Refundable Entry Fee:  $60.00
All entry fees must be paid by the entry deadline.
