SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

METHOD OF SELECTION:  Artwork will be accepted for the exhibit on the basis of digital images.  Please remember that poor quality images can diminish the appearance of good artwork.

Hillsborough Gallery of Arts (HGA) reserves the right to refuse any art not accurately represented by the digital images submitted.

Artists may enter up to two works, one view of each two-dimensional work, up to two views of each three-dimensional work.  The submitted work must be available and for sale for the duration of the exhibit.

No substitutions will be allowed.

ELIGIBILITY: Artists must be at least 18 years of age and live in North Carolina. Original works in all fine art media are eligible.

Work must have been completed within the last three years. No mass-produced prints or reproductions will be accepted. Hand-pulled prints, original digital prints and photographs are acceptable. Photographers should enter the first edition of a print run. All artwork must be the exhibitor’s original idea and be created independently by the exhibitor.

All accepted artwork must be hand delivered to HGA on the January 1st or 2nd, 2018.
