This fee is payable with your credit card or PayPal when you enter online. You will get a receipt of entry and payment.

IMAGE FORMAT
Each artist must submit professional quality images of artwork in JPEG format with an image size of 72dpi @ 1920 x 1920 pixels. Image helpers, guidelines, and resizing tool can be found at:

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
Accepted entrants will be notified via email by the week of July 22 including a label to be downloaded and attached to accepted work.

ELIGIBILITY
Any woman artist may submit for jurying one original work executed within the last 3 years. Photography, computer generated images, crafts, work done under instruction, derived from published photographs or previously shown in a CLWAC Annual Open Juried Exhibition is NOT eligible.

2-DIMENSIONAL ARTWORK
Eligible media: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Graphics and Mixed Media. Artwork, including frame, must not exceed 42 inches in width or height. All 2-D work must be suitably framed, wired and ready for hanging. Plastic glazing is required if a metal frame is used and
is recommended if your work is shipped.

3-DIMENSIONAL SCULPTURE
All sculpture must be light enough for one person to handle. Wallhung work must be equipped with a hanging device. Ceiling-hung works or installation works are NOT eligible. Do not submit small sculptures as there are not cases to accommodate them. Sculptors living
within 50 miles of the National Arts Club must provide their own pedestals or pay an additional $25 pedestal rental fee.

RECEIVING DAY
Monday, September 30, 8:30am-12:00noon. Accepted works will be received only on the date and during the hours specified. Artwork must arrive unpacked, whether delivered by artist or agent, at the National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South, New York, NY 10003. Shipper should receive work in advance to allow its timely transport to the gallery. Name given to your shipper must be identical to that on your online application. One available shipper is:

REMOVAL OF ARTWORK
NO ARTWORK MAY BE REMOVED FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXHIBITION. Artists attending the Awards Dinner may remove their work at the end of the evening. All other artwork must be removed on Saturday, October 26, 2013, 10:00am-1:00pm. Work not removed will be stored at artist's expense by D.A.D.

SALES
Every effort will be made to encourage sales. A contribution of 25% will be accepted by the CLWAC. The artist is responsible for sales tax and delivery of artwork to the purchaser.

BENEFIT RECEPTION SUPPORTING
THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART Friday, October 11, 2013, 5:30-8:00pm at the National Arts Club. A minimum donation of $25 per person benefits the Travel and Research Fund of The Met. Exhibitors and one guest may enter free. Additional donations are welcome and very much appreciated.

AWARDS DINNER
Friday, October 25, 2013, 6:00-9:00pm, at the National Arts Club. Social Hour 6:00pm, cash bar. Dinner, 7:00pm, $65.00 per person includes gratuities. Reservations are held at the door; seating is not pre-assigned. A vegetarian alternative is available if requested at the
time reservation is made. Dinners must be prepaid; late cancellations cannot be refunded. Send your name, address, phone number and number of attendees, with a check payable to the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, and postmark by October 15th to:

COLOR CATALOG
After notification of acceptance, you may submit a reproduction of accepted artwork, shown unframed for possible use in the catalog. Send a good quality, 300dpi, at least 4"x6" digital image on CD. Images will be evaluated for best potential print quality. Unused materials will be returned along with their fee. Identification including artist's name, title of work, size, TOP of artwork and medium must be taped to back of image. Print your name in memo area of your check. Include $45.00 check payable to: Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club. Send your check and well-protected reproduction (if you wish to have your CD returned, also include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage) and postmark by August 12, 2013 to:

Every exhibitor will receive one free catalog. Additional catalogs cost $10.00 each.

AWARDS TOTALING MORE THAN $10,000
More than 40 awards will be given. All awards will be presented at the Awards Dinner. Any winner who cannot be present should arrange for a representative to accept the award on her behalf.
