AWARDS
Prizes in excess of $4000. Additional funds are available for purchases to the NHP&CC’s Permanent Collection.
ENTRY RULES
· Works must be original and executed by artists from the Northeast (CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME, NJ, PA, NY)
· No work may be entered that has previously been shown at a NHP&CC show.
· All wall-hung art must be securely wired for hanging.
· No clip frames, brackets or wet work accepted.
· Work not to exceed 40” in width, exclusive of frame.
· Watercolors, pastels, mixed media, graphics must be framed and under glass.
· There is a 75 lb. weight limit on sculpture, and sculptors must provide their own stands.
· No giclée, photography, computer art, crafts.
ENTRY FEES
Two-dimensional artists may enter up to 3 works (3 jpeg images). Sculptors may also submit up to 3 works (2 jpeg views allowed/piece). Due to limited space, only one piece may be accepted.
**Active members of NHP&CC who have paid their dues: $20 for first entry, and $10 for each additional entry.
Non-members: $20 for first entry, and $15 for each additional entry.

NOTIFICATION by April 15
RECEIVING: All work must be hand delivered on Thursday, May 2, 6-8 PM or Saturday, May 4, 9 AM-12 PM
REMOVAL: Saturday, June 1, 12:30-2:30 PM, Monday, June 3, 6-8 PM
Art left will be moved to CAW storage. A $50 fee will be charged for late pick-up. No work may be removed from the exhibition before June 1, 12:30 PM.
SALES
We encourage that all work be for sale. No POR’s. There is a 20% commission on sales from the exhibit. If a work is purchased for the NHP&CC Permanent Collection, the artist receives 80% of the catalog price.
LIABILITY
All reasonable care will be taken with your work. Submitting work indicates that you accept that the NHP&CC and CAW assume no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind.
**ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
Artists become eligible and are invited to Active Membership in the New Haven Paint & Clay Club once their work has been admitted into two separate juried exhibitions.
