QUALIFICATIONS

Open to active Artists, Out-of-State Artists, Mentor Program or
Signature Artist Members of the California Art Club.

SUBJECT

This year we are celebrating the California Art Club Gallery’s 20th year at The Old Mill. To commemorate this historic milestone, our fall exhibition, 20th Anniversary Exhibition: California Art Club at The Old Mill, will feature paintings of The Old Mill and iconic images of the surrounding area. Subject matter may include The Old Mill, Colorado Street Bridge, Pasadena City Hall, views of the San Gabriel mountains, San Juan Capistrano mission and more.
Join us for a Paint Out at The Old Mill on Sunday, July 14 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. to create work to submit for the exhibition.
If you are unable to attend this paint out, you may call The Old Mill to choose another date to paint. Old Mill hours are Tuesday – Sunday; 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Phone: 626-449-5458.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Upload artwork through Online Juried Shows to submit artwork for 20th Anniversary Exhibition: California Art Club at The Old Mill.

There is a limit of 5 entries to this submission.

NOTICE: Due to the California Art Club’s interest in increasing programs and publicity for the CAC Gallery at The Old Mill, there will now be a flat entry rate of $25 to submit work to offset some of these costs. This entry fee is lower than all other CAC exhibitions as a benefit for juried members. Please call the CAC office at 626-583-9009 if you have and questions of comments.

NOTIFICATIONS

Artists will be notified via email on or around Friday, August 16.

ARTWORK DROP-OFF

Monday, September 9, 2019; 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

*If artists cannot drop-off accepted artwork in person during the designated date and time, artwork must be shipped.

OUT-OF-TOWN SHIPPING

Must arrive before Friday, September 6, 2019.

Artists will be responsible for the cost of crating, handling, and shipping artwork to and from the exhibition via Box & Ship in Pasadena, CA. Box & Ship will charge a $40.00 handling fee. Further shipping information will be provided upon acceptance.
