QUALIFICATIONS

Open to active Artists, Out-of-State Artists, Mentor Program or

Signature Artist Members of the California Art Club.

SUBJECT

We are looking for artwork that showcases the incredible beauty found throughout the state of California. Paintings may explore a variety of golden state settings, from iconic urban locations to captivating coastal scenes, stunning desert tapestries, grand mountain views and more!

MEDIUM

Oil, watercolor, pastel or acrylic

COMMISSION

60% Artist; 20% Old Mill; 20% CAC

All artwork MUST be for sale.

DEADLINE

Monday, December 2, 2019

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Upload artwork through Online Juried Shows to submit artwork for The Golden State.

There is a limit of 5 entries to this submission. The entry fee is $25.

NOTIFICATIONS

Artists will be notified via email on or around Friday, December 6.

ARTWORK DROP-OFF

Monday, January 13, 2020; 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

*If artists cannot drop-off accepted artwork in person during the designated date and time, artwork must be shipped.

OUT-OF-TOWN SHIPPING

Must arrive before Friday, January 10, 2020.

Artists will be responsible for the cost of crating, handling, and shipping artwork to and from the exhibition via Box & Ship in Pasadena, CA. Box & Ship will charge a $40.00 handling fee. Further shipping information will be provided upon acceptance.
