Submission of entries

Eligibility:

• This is an online exhibition for current NPS members only.
• All members’ entries for this exhibition are digital.  
• Enter online at www.OnlineJuriedShows.com.
• Artists may submit up to 3 paintings for this exhibition.  All entries will be included in the online show.
• All entries must be for sale and work is sold unframed.
• Paintings completed within the past 3 years and that have not been exhibited in a previous NPS exhibit are eligible to be included in this online show.  Solo artist only - no collaborative works.
• All work must be original in concept and executed by the artist in the pastel medium.  Work must be at least 80% pigment (soft) pastel.  Artists must be an active member of the NPS and at least 18 years old.

Entering Your Images:

• Entry form must be filled out in its entirety.  List sizes up to the nearest inch.  Submitted images must not include matting nor frame.  Crop the photos to include only the artwork.  Be sure your images are right-side-up. 
• For best results, make sure your image is 1920 pixels @72 dpi on the longest side.  Images should be in JPEG format, sRGB color space.  
• Please add Manager@OnlineJuriedShows.com to your safe senders list to ensure notifications are received.

Fees:

You can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Disc) or PayPal.  This is an exhibition for current NPS members only. Entry fee is $30 for up to 3 images.  Entry fees are nonrefundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.

Limitations:

SIZE:   Maximun 108 square inches:   ex;  9x12”   9”x12”=108’   10x10”= 100’, etc.

Promotion:

Participating artists and members are asked to please promote this exhibition - a digital postcard will be available closer to the show dates.

Sales

• NPS will connect any potential buyer with the artist.  NPS accepts NO liability in the transaction of the sale.

Shipping

• Shipping to be paid by the buyer or arranged by the artist.   NPS accepts NO liability in the shipping of the artwork. 

Liability

• All reasonable care will be taken with submissions. NPS, its officers, volunteers and OnlineJuriedShows shall not be held responsible for the loss and/or damage to paintings, shipping, or digital entries.
• NPS suggests that participants carry separate insurance.
• The artist grants permission to reproduce work for publicity purposes, both in print and digital galleries. Copyright will be attributed to the artist. Entry into this exhibition constitutes agreement with all conditions set forth in this prospectus and Entry Form, and is your commitment to participate.
• Your entry form is a legal and binding contract to deliver artwork that has been entered into the show. If an entrant chooses not to deliver artwork, he or she may not enter an NPS show for a period of two years.

Awards:

This show will be juried for awards by Dakota Pastels Staff.  Craig Lemley , April Grossruck & Lance Nelson.  Details for awards will be announced on the NPS web site.
