All artwork will be juried using the digital images you submit. Criteria for acceptance includes: originality, artistic presentation and technical use of the medium as represented in the high quality digital image(s) you submit. Selection results will be emailed July 1 with detailed instructions for selected images. Artwork submitted may or may not be selected for the show; the decision of the jury members is final.

Filoli is pleased to extend the opportunity for participating artists to sell their framed exhibit piece(s) during this exhibit. The selected artists may also participate in the “Meet the Artists WeekendSept. 1920, when they may display and sell additional originals, note cards, prints and other products. All sales will be handled by Filoli and sales proceeds will be sent to the artists 6 weeks after the exhibit ends, less a 30% donation to Filoli. Artists may also list their artwork as NFS (not for sale).

Artists with accepted artwork will receive detailed instructions for shipping and/or hand delivery of artwork. The artist is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Artwork must be received by August 26 via carrier or August 31 from 9 11 am on site.

Accepted entries that do not conform to the above presentation standards may be refused at the time of hanging.
