The above websites will work together to register, post, and sell the artwork for the SWWS Spring Show.
PROSPECTUS
Eligibility
• SWWS Juried members only, current in their dues
• Watercolor or water media paintings created within the last two years
• Paintings must be original work by the Artist
• Paintings of nudes must be pre-approved by the SWWS Board
Entry Fees
• $40 for up to 3 paintings
• Only one of the three paintings may be NFS (not for sale)
Signed Contract
• Each Artist is required to return a signed contract sent from OnlineJuriedShows.com via DocuSign. The contract lays out the terms of the website regarding the time line for sales. For example, all artwork sold must be shipped within 7 days of the sale.
• Contracts must be returned prior to the show going online May 1, 2021.
No framing and matting requirements
• All artwork sold by Online Gallery Shows is shipped flat, unframed, to the purchaser by the Artist. Include a shipping charge in your asking price.
• Artwork submitted to Online Gallery Shows may be edited, added or replaced in the Artist’s Profile until the deadline of Monday, March 30, 2021.
Painting Requirements
• Printed or computer generated material is unacceptable.
• By entering the Show, the Artist gives SWWS permission to use printed and electronic images of the paintings for SWWS promotional and educational purposes.
• By registering for the show, the Artist gives permission for Online Gallery Shows to post, promote, and sell the artwork.
Sales
• Online Gallery Shows will collect a 15% commission on all sales.
• SWWS will NOT take a commission. SWWS will pay the Artist for a Sale after receiving funds from Online Gallery Shows, within 60 days of closing.
• Online Juried Shows will send instructions on how to utilize the promotional tools on their website.
• Please send announcements along to friends and family, and post them on social media. Successful marketing depends on this promotion from each artist.

Prepare photographs of paintings for upload:
Online Juried Shows recommends that Artists submit their pieces at 1920 pixels on the longest side @ 72 dpi.
Artists are welcome to submit at a higher resolution, but files must be smaller than 4 mb.
Crop the photos to include only the artwork.
Be sure your images are right-side-up when you photograph and upload them. Images must be in JPEG format.
