2023 6” Squared Exhibition and Sale (Online)

The Randy Higbee Gallery is hosting the 3rd Annual 6” Squared Exhibition and Sale Online. You are entering the online only show. The live show is being rescheduled until February. As a note, we sold more pieces on the 2nd Annual OnlineGalleryShows.com website than we sold on the 2022 live show!
All works in this show must be representational and created with traditional media (oil, watercolor, pastel, etc.). Artists are invited to submit up to 6 paintings measuring 6”x6” in size. This is not a miniature show. This is a 6x6 show. Please be sure your collector does not need to trim your piece to fit into a 6x6 frame.
This will be an exciting online exhibition and sale that will be displayed on OnlineGalleryShows.com. This website displays exhibitions that have been curated through the OnlineJuriedShows.com website.
Entry fees will be $8.00 per image. All entries must be for sale and reasonable priced.
Artists are invited to submit up to 6 entries measuring 6x6.
All artists are guaranteed at least 1 accepted entry, and a maximum of 6 entries will be accepted from any artist to be displayed on the OnlineGalleryShows.com website.
Commission
OnlineGalleryShows.com will take a 15% commission. The Randy Higbee Gallery is taking a 15% commission. The artist will receive a 70% commission.
Important! All pricing must include free shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States. All pieces for sale on the OnlineGalleryShows.com website include free shipping for the buyer, so please make sure you realistically calculate a shipping price and include it in the price of your artwork when it is entered online. Pieces are shipped unframed.
Do not price your pieces too low. Do not price your pieces too high. We will not have anything exhibited under $100.
Format and Media

Entries must be under 4 mb and .jpg. For best results, image files should be 1920 pixels on the longest side (min 800) @ 72 dpi or larger. For help with your entries contact onlinejuriedshows@gmail.com or 888-666-1351.
Eligibility
Open to artists in the Continental United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Entry and Fee Application
There is an $8 fee for each entry. You may enter up to 6 pieces.
Prizes and Awards There will be 3 $500 (50% cash and 50% in certificates to kingofframe.com)

Forms
We will need a signed artist agreement (to be provided) returned to OnlineGalleryShows@gmail.com before your piece is displayed on the website. Notifications will be sent Wednesday, November 29th, and artist agreements will be emailed between notifications and the opening date.
Shipping of Sold Artwork
This is an online show posted on the OnlineGalleryShows.com website. You should have your piece ready to ship within 7 days of you being notified of the sale. Your commission check (70%) will be sent to you within 10 days of the close of the exhibition, pending verification the collector has received purchased artwork.

Entry Deadline: Sunday Nov. 26th at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time (extended to 11/27 at 10 am PST!)
Notification of Acceptance: You will be notified on Wednesday, November 29th.
