Black & White Captures of the World
Black & White Captures of the World
Black and white photography is an aesthetic that simplifies, enhances, describes truth at its essence. Black & White Captures of the World will exhibit the diversity of location, and yet by the commonality of medium and human existence, will reveal similarities across diversities. We are eternally fascinated by who we are, how and where others live, how we are different and how we are the same. The empirical reality inherent in photographic imagery is extrapolated by the artist's own viewpoint, which is uniquely expressive, and yet a collective of unique images will reveal our commonality.
This CALL FOR ENTRY is an opportunity to get your work exhibited at The Artists Gallery (TAG) in Los Angeles. Approximately 25 selected photographs will be printed and framed, at the same size). Additional photographs will be included in the online gallery and possibly featured on the @captures_bnw instagram account. There will be lots of opportunity for exposure across different media.
All genres of photography are welcome. We are looking for a well balanced variety of locations for this worldwide call. The theme is open and all work must be black and white. No AI is permitted.
