Qualifications:

Open to current and active Associate Artist members.

Subject:

This annual, juried online exhibition will exclusively celebrate emerging talent within the CAC by spotlighting 50 Associate Artist members.

With The Art of Observation as the annual theme, artists will be allowed creative interpretation – inviting personal viewpoints on the natural world, the human figure, everyday objects, or sculptural form – while emphasizing the CAC’s mission to uphold the highest standards of contemporary-traditional fine art.

All artwork must be original, created within the last two years, and not previously displayed in any CAC exhibition.

Recognition:

Top 3 Award Recipients will receive a private one-on-one portfolio critique with a CAC Signature Artists (1 hours maximum, via zoon).

An additional two honorable mentions will be spotlighted.

All top 5 works will be featured in the CAC’s newsletter.

Guest Judges are celebrated CAC Signature Artists Kathleen Hudson, and Frank Ordaz.

Medium and Dimensions:

There is no size limit for this virtual exhibition.

Paintings should be in traditional materials like oil, watercolor, pastel, gouache, acrylic, graphite or charcoal.

Sculptures should be in permanent materials like fired clay, resin, marble, terra cotta, or bronze.

All artworks must be original. No AI, or AI reference materials, giclées or digitally enhanced images will be accepted. If it is found that a work does not meet these requirements, the artwork will be disqualified from this display.

Commission:

60% Artist; 40% CAC

All artwork must be available for sale

Notifications:

The Submission Deadline is Wednesday, May 6, 2026 @ 11:59 pm.

Artists will be notified through their OnlineJuriedShows artist profile on or around Monday, May 18.

Submission Information:

Upload all artwork through OnlineJuriedShows.com for consideration to exhibit in Rising Voices.

Images must be jpg, under 4MB and in sRGB colorspace.

For best results, images should be at least 1920 pixels @ 72 dpi. For help with your entries, contact onlinejuriedshows@gmail.com or (888) 666-1351.

For all artists, there is a limit of 2 entries per submission. Entry fee is $45 for 2 works.

A maximum of 50 works will be selected for this exhibition.
